The core team plays a pivotal role in our mission to multiply disciples and churches, everywhere. It functions like a missions sending agency, coming alongside the house-churches and disciples within our movement by providing necessary tools, guidance, and support to best equip and encourage them in the Missionary Task

Brian Hoxie | Executive Director | Elder
Brian's driving passion is to see Tampa Bay reached for Jesus, for it to become saturated with the Gospel, and to see God's #NoPlaceLeft vision realized in this city and beyond. Brian and his amazing wife Lindsay were married in 2016 and they have two kids: James and Noelle.
Both are more than excited to serve God in The Outpost Network, helping to equip God’s people to fulfill their God-given purpose in this world: to Make disciples who make disciples. As Executive Director, Brian is responsible for leading the Core Team of The Outpost Network, as well as training the various house-church leaders and disciple-makers within the movement.
